The organization selected for the study is the Global Plastic Manufacturing industry, which has a custom plastic manufacturing plant and research and development department. Being a manufacturing company they hire the standards like the Six Sigma and the leading edge R D to define abilities and approach .The main focus is to be the market leader in the polymer materials. The company maintains in a high standard of customer relationship and best solutions are provided to the clients. The organization strives hard for meeting with the customers requirements and they aim to forge long term relationships by enhancing the quality in production, fixing reasonable pricing and making innovations. The employees of the organization work hard to remain as an innovative team and to provide dedicated service in the firm. They also take utmost care for informing the employees and to have a keen focus on the feasibility of the company.

 The supply chain management of the company is very efficient, and it is through these networks that products reach the ultimate consumers. Besides, it serves as the link among product development, process, business development and the CRM, as the company, being a global one, has different units in different countries. Product outsourcing and customizing are so designed that these can cater for the future also in meeting with the demands and supply.

As a manufacturing company they plan to remain a focused entity and they always make it a point to achieve and maintain a reasonable profitability. Different theories followed by this organization
This manufacturing organization is following different kinds of system approach to improve their performance. There are different theories or attributes that this organization follows. These are cybernetics, Weicks and system theory. Cybernetics theory
The term cybernetics actually derives from a Greek phrase and its meaning is boats steersman. As the meaning implies, this theory deals with how an organization needs to function in order to achieve its goals. Even though this theory was developed very long ago, it has got some relation with the physical system. It is made up of several components. Preparation or maintaining of casual maps helps in providing the company with the ability to plan for its future perspectives. This manufacturing unit always maintains clear plans for future in order to improve their efficiency.

System theory
This company is following system theory and it provides the managers of the organization with different terminology, metaphors and explanations regarding how an organization needs to function for effectiveness and efficiency. These theories are based on the different resources present in the organization. So, this theory has got different dimensions. The advantages of using this theory is that it provides clear ways to move forward by analyzing each of the factors that the company wants to meet.
